Ideal Applications

The CDR 3500 & 3900 series are our series of sprocket rollers. these rollers are ideal in environments where a robust chain driven roller is needed. Often using in pallet handling, warehouses, airports and many more. With the option of custom sprockets these rollers can offer a solution to a new or existing system

Machined in house: All sprockets are machined on site at AED rollers meaning we can offer a huge array of sprockets to suit your requirements
Heavy Duty: For dimaters 60 and up these sprockets have welded ends both sides based on our IR5500 heavy duty rollers meaning these rollers are extremely robust.
Zinc Plated: for corrosion resisitance and aethetics these rollers are zinc plated as standard

We offer a standard layout for our CDR3500 and CDR3900 ranges with a set number of teeth and tooth centres aswell ETL driven from the installation width.
