Ø108 Chain Driven Roller

We were approached with a design to create a chain driven roller. The proposed design was for an 89mm roller. However when we took into consideration the pitch of the rollers alongside the weight of the load we advised to change the diameter of the roller to 108mm to cope with the load.

After further investigation the customer then informed up that the rollers needed to operate in -30 degrees. As such we re examined our design and sourced parts that could stand up to the low temperature as well as the heavy load.
