Flexible Installation Conveyor Rollers

We were approached by an international buyer who was looking for new rollers to modify a setup that would carry flexible installations destined for offshore use.

These installations ranged from 1.6 - 3.2 tonne each at lengths from 6-12 Meters. The current setup used two rollers at each pitch to form a trough which distributed the load.

The new setup would have a single roller and as such we needed to be sure what we could offer would be suitable for the job, meaning we had to use our simulation software.
