Our rollers and drums are precision-machined in-house from solid engineering plastics either Polypropylene or Nylon, delivering exceptional durability. Suitable for drive, tail, snubbing, and idler applications, they are available in diameters from 30mm up to 250mm and lengths up to 1000mm, with optional grip finishes such as Nitrile applied post-process. Smooth, concentric machining ensures maximum belt protection, with options for parallel, crowned, or tracking-groove profiles, along with fixed or internal bearing configurations to suit your application.

Bespoke Plastic Rollers & Drums

Our solid plastic rollers are available with bearings or fixed shafts depending on the application you need. If required stainless shafts can be used to make these rollers perfect for any environment where non magnetic or wash down requirements are critical.
