Custom-made drive and tail drum rollers available from Ø60 to Ø457. Each drum is precision-manufactured in-house with machined end caps and discs, and fitted with locking collars for quick, hassle-free shaft changes that help keep maintenance costs low. Axles can be drilled and tapped, key-wayed, or turned down to ensure a perfect fit in both existing systems and brand-new installations.
Bespoke Fixed Axle Drums
Our dedicated drum manufacturing facility is capable of manufacturing drums up to Ø457 and up to 2.4M long. Complete with a pair of 5 axis machines , three 2 axis machines and a DSG conventional lathe we are well equipped to tackle a huge range of drums.
